I don't know - but it's possible. I've had the same issue with
a VPS1 connected to Port 25, but I don't want to get into
parsing out the difference between a VPS1 & VPS2, as that's
an entirely different issues.

No, it doesn't -- there was a reason I set up my SMTP on the
VPS2 to go to port 5190, but now I can't remember what it
was. ;)
