That must be it. I'm just using port 25 and I was assuming you were too. I
don't think the same rules apply to port 5190. Maybe your ISP blocks
connections to port 25 of anything but their official SMTP servers? Given
that I have my own static IP address and correctly set up reverse DNS, my
ISP doesn't place such restrictions on my connection.
