Norman,Check the Exchange server and verify that it recognizes suttonsoftware.com as a local hostname. It may be configured to only recognize city.suttonsoftware.com.

Hi:Sanity check - we had a long time customer with mail being delivered to his local MS Exchange server using virtmaps. Setup was like so: On nameservers: "MX 10 = domain.name" plus an A Recd "city.domain.name = IP.exchange.server" And on the server for domain.name were virtmaps: "username1 => username1@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx" etc. This has been working just fine for some time. We made these changes over the weekend.First changed MX to "MX 10 = city.domain.name" We left the virtmaps in place too.Next day we moved the web site to a new server and new IP.The web site has propagated and is working fine on the new server, but mail addressed to "anyuser@xxxxxxxxxxx" is not being delivered. However, mail addressed to "anyuser@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx" is delivered. The domain is "suttonsoftware.com" and all DNS lookups appear to be correct. Does anyone have a suggestion?
