Can you post the full script alias settings from the httpd.conf file?

If you don't want to do that, try renaming the Formmail filed in the
client.cgi directory to something else, and also recoding the form on the
web page to point to the newly named filed -- so instead of 'Formmail.pl' --
maybe the call now is for /cgi-bin/clientmail.pl -- (do keep either a .pl or
.cgi extension on the end of the new file name).

If your error logs come up with a not-found error, then you'll know that the
script alias settings are causing the problem.
