[vps-mail] Domain name question

Only slightly off topic...

Now that DNS has no setup fee for Verio servers when you register or
transfer a domain, it is very attractive to have domain names at
Melbourne.

My question is, for domains in the Verio reseller interface, is there
a way to give control to someone if they want or need to take over? In
other words, does Melbourne have an interface or does a domain for
say, an outgoing customer, have to be transferred?
