Re: [vps-mail] Domain name question

Hi,

I've had to make a few domains 'standalone' and the clients will then have access to them in the MelbourneIT website. Just email "service".

There's no cost for that, but there was a case where the client registered a domain using my name (they did not have a company yet), but MelbourneIT charged USD100 to change the Primary Registration to their name. Needless to say, the client wasn't exactly thrilled...

Only slightly off topic...

Now that DNS has no setup fee for Verio servers when you register or
transfer a domain, it is very attractive to have domain names at
Melbourne.

My question is, for domains in the Verio reseller interface, is there
a way to give control to someone if they want or need to take over? In
other words, does Melbourne have an interface or does a domain for
say, an outgoing customer, have to be transferred?
