I keep them in a custom database that I made. I guess I could just poll

I have gone through at times and made a little mailing list by manually

I keep a Mailman mailing list for that purpose. I suppose that I could also
generate such a mailing from my Goldmine database or from QuickBooks. Where
do you keep your "official" record of customers and email addresses?
