At 11:44 PM -0700 3/11/04, Scott Wiersdorf said something about:
AJ "Dead-Eye" Willmer found this bug recently in the vinstall (I wrote
a fix for it already but it won't go out for about a week). The
workaround is to add the following extra flag to the SA in the
.procmailrc files that need to read .spamassassin/user_prefs:
|/usr/local/bin/spamc -U /var/run/spamd.sock -u <username>
(replace <username> with the real username).
To confirm - if I have a user Joe then I need to make a change in
/usr/home/joe/.procmailrc
to say
|/usr/local/bin/spamc -U /var/run/spamd.sock -u joe
Correct?
