Re: [vps-mail] how did this get through?

I still have mail delivering that shouldn't. Both procmail and
spamassassin.

I see this in the log file.

procmail: [59573] Tue Jan 27 15:11:20 2004
procmail: Match on "^X-Spam-Status: Yes"
procmail: Locking "/var/mail/spam.lock"
procmail: Error while writing to "/var/mail/_1iO.oXsFAB.obi001.obinet.net"
procmail: Lock failure on "/var/mail/spam.lock"
procmail: Assigning "LASTFOLDER=/var/mail/spam"
procmail: Opening "/var/mail/spam"
procmail: Error while writing to "/var/mail/spam"
procmail: Assigning "LOGFILE="
procmail: Opening "/dev/null"

If it cannot write to the file, does it deliver it or does it send it to
/dev/null?
What owner and permissions does the /var/mail/spam file need?

also:
procmail: Executing "/usr/local/bin/spamassassin"
cannot write to /home/obi.tricia/.spamassassin/user_prefs: Permission denied
at /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.1/Mail/SpamAssassin.pm line 860.
Failed to create user preferences file: Permission denied
"/home/obi.tricia/.spamassassin/user_prefs" from default
"/usr/local/share/spamassassin/user_prefs.template".
Failed to create default prefs file
/home/obi.tricia/.spamassassin/user_prefs: Permission denied

What owner and permissions does that file need to be?

Thanks.
