Alternatively, you can use country-wide DNSBL's such as those listed at
http://blackholes.us, or the various cc.countries.nerd.dk lists, where "cc"
is a country code, like cn.countries.nerd.dk for China, or kr.countries.....
for Korea.
bl.spamcop.net is a good all-purpose DNSBL, though. Add to that maybe
dul.dnsbl.sorbs.net which lists dynamic IP address pools.
