Ah, that would explain it. So that's what "offer" means. :) I
can't recall for sure now if it did, but perhaps then the vinstall
should prompt the installer whether these should be *offered* and/or
*enabled* for all users? The end result is that it was enabled for all
of the users on this server, and I (apparently) would have to log in as
each user to disable it.
