[cpx] Page width

	Does the default page width of 1024 (?) pixels in CPX annoy
anyone else?  My screen is wide enough (1280), however I normally have
my browser on one side of it and I still get scrollbars.  I'm thinking
many/most of our clients' PCs are not running at 1024x768, so that would
necessitate a lot of scrolling on their part.
