Actually upon further testing if I create a new end user and check the spamassasin or clamav options there is no .procmailrc file set up...in fact there are no files in the new user's home directory. CPX created several files for pre-existing users, but it seems unable to set these options for new users. It does modify its cpx.conf file but the rest of the files aren't created. Am I missing something here?
I am assuming you are referring to checking the SpamAssassin and Clam AntiVirus boxes on the "Add End User: Mail Setup" page while creating a new End User.
Checking these boxes only offers the End User the *ability* to enable SpamAssassin or ClamAV. It doesn't actually enable SpamAssassin or ClamAV for the End User. You would still have to login as the End User, go to the Webmail section, and "subscribe" to SpamAssassin and Clam AV to actually enable these services and have CPX create the appropriate .procmailrc file.
The .procmailrc file is created as needed (such as when the End User subscribes to SpamAssassin or when the End User sets up a mail forward).
