IIRC, the clamav vinstall on VPS2 calls clamav from procmail rc files, which
limits scanning to e-mail destined for local users. I can think of several
ways to scan for relay-domains.
The easiest way (although still kind of "hard" unless you don't mind
building from ports) that I can think of is to build and install clamav as a
milter. I found a document that tells how to do it from FreeBSD ports at
http://technoids.org/clamav-milter.html. (I'm not sure how accurate or
up-to-date it is ... or how well it works on VPS2.)
