If I shouldn't trash the webmaster mail, does this mean that I shouldn't
use your quick solution to the procmailrc file?
The procmailrc recipe trashes incoming mails From webmaster not To webmaster
The other part of my suggestion was not to use the webmaster identity
(implied "...for outgoing mails")
;-)
The trouble is that the mail is not bouncing. It is actually being
delivered. On the mailing list server, the listowners are actually
receiving the mail from webmaster. Also I've got another server that is
being spoofed at the support, sales and webmaster addresses. It appears
that they are delivering to email addresses with the same domain. This is
really frustrating.
Modify the recipe to include any and all spoofed addresses (and do not send
out mail from those identities)
BTW : my "quick" solution was really a "quick and dirty" fix. There MUST be
a better, long-term way...
