Making sure that the web-only server can send mail to the new mail-only
server seems to be a pretty common problem.

On the web-only server, be sure to remove the e-mail domain from
/etc/mail/local-host-names and restart sendmail.

Then make sure that the web-server's sendmail doesn't still think it
"owns" the domain by issuing the command:

echo '$=w' | sendmail -bt

The e-mail domain should no longer appear in the output. (If it does, it
is probably because the host name of the web server is the samd as the
domain just deleted from /etc/mail/local-host-names. In that case, a
rename of the server is in order ... maybe to something "creative" like
www.domain.com. You can find out what the current hostname is with the
command "hostname".)

Good luck!
