[vps-mail] Vinstall FormMail.cgi causing error

Hello all,

On my VPS2 I have vinstalled formmail.  I have configured it to my 
server (adding the correct referers, allow_mail_to, etc.), however I am 
receiving an error.  Following is the error:

/home/username/dead.letter... Saved message in 
/home/username/dead.letter Content-Type: text/html; charset=iso-8859-1

Application Error

An error has occurred in the program

close sendmail pipe failed, mailprog=[/usr/sbin/sendmail -oi -t] at 
(eval 8) line 108.


The error in my /var/log/maillog file is :

According to the The nms Project website:

I call the FormMail program and get Broken Pipe errors?

That error often indicates that $mail_prog is not correctly set for your 
system. Correct it and try again.

Can anyone lead me to how to correct this?  The script works correctly 
on my other VPS2 servers just not this server. On both servers the 
/usr/sbin/sendmail are the same (MD5 (/usr/sbin/sendmail) = 
173accc88fa890ffb05a474a91e2f0b3).
