As someone else has pointed out, there's no such thing as a "good CRS". They
are all "evil" by design.
I already get enough challenges from people who are sent spam and viruses
in my name and I see no reason whatsoever why *I* should filter their mail
for them.
So, what do I do? I respond to the challenge so that the user gets their
spam and then I block the offending network (i.e.: the network that spammed
me with a challenge).
I'm far from the only person to do that...
