On a VPS1 do I just add the lines below to my senmail.cf file? If so, is
there a specific location in the file that is appropriate?
FEATURE(`dnsbl', `bl.spamcop.net', `"550 (SPAM - Spamcop)"')
FEATURE(`dnsbl', `sbl.spamhaus.org', `"550 (SPAM - Spamhaus)"')
FEATURE(`dnsbl', `list.dsbl.org', `"550 (SPAM - dsbl)"')
FEATURE(`dnsbl', `relays.ordb.org', `"550 (SPAM - ordb)"')

Be careful which lists you choose. People have differing opinions (and my

them).
