[vps-mail] Mails disappearing

Hi all,

Last week a customer on VPS1 says she never received two messages from 
someone sent at different times and different days. She gave me all the 
info and I found the relevant lines in var/log/messages. These show no 
anomalies and end with a status of 'Sent'. This person has a POP account 
on that box and is a competent user (if this isn't a contradiction in 
terms.) Procmail, which I've seen lose mails while saying 'Sent' is NOT 
running on this account.

So, anyone have any ideas to investigate and is it possible to get the 
local mailer to give more detail in the logs?
