Rae:
I have actually used that list myself. I was having a hard time actually
testing my dnsbl setup because I couldn't find an IP to send from that was
blacklisted. However by using verio.blackholes.us it is possible to get a
failure from any of my verio hosts. It is great to use for testing becaues
you know that you will be always rejected.
As for other people using it--that is their prerogative. As with any
blacklist, you would need to contact the mail administrator at the remote
domain and get yourself whitelisted or get them to change their policy.
Frankly I believe that if they are _knowingly_ using this in production, you
are probably out of luck.
Harry.
