If mail is being passed to your server directly from a dynamic IP (ie,
internet users) then it can be guaranteed to be spam. No legitimate mail
server will use a dynamic IP address. Even if it's a static IP that's
used for DSL/Cable service, there will never be a legitimate mail server
running on this type of connection.
Here are the DNSBL servers that we use...I have had excellent results
with this setup so far (about 4 months now)
FEATURE(`dnsbl', `bl.spamcop.net', `"550 (SPAM - Spamcop)"')
FEATURE(`dnsbl', `sbl.spamhaus.org', `"550 (SPAM - Spamhaus)"')
FEATURE(`dnsbl', `list.dsbl.org', `"550 (SPAM - dsbl)"')
FEATURE(`dnsbl', `relays.ordb.org', `"550 (SPAM - ordb)"')

Bennett,
thank you. We are using DNS blacklists in the sendmail.cf
(sbl.spamhaus.org & relays.ordb.org) and other BLs with SA,
(we can't use all dial-in BL's because in Europe ADSL/cable/xDSL
subscribers IP is a dynamic IP listed in most of the BL's.)
