I've never tried it myself but I'm fairly sure that a simple recipe like
this should take care of it:
:0 c
{
:0:
/path/to/your/archive
}
I'm not entirely sure if you can have both a lock and the "carbon copy" flag
in a recipe. If you can then it would simply be:
:0 c:
/path/to/your/archive
