Ok, I give up; what am i doing wrong?

Aliases file:
test-l: "|/usr/local/majordomo/wrapper resend -l test-l -h dahvi.com

(majordomo entries shouldn't matter since i'm manually 
adding/removing people by editing the lists file)

so its being delivered, and ./wrapper config-test passes all tests, 
but nothing is getting redistributed to test-l subscribers, and not 
even sent on to the list owner anymore - what have i done wrong????
