[vps-mail] Imap core dumps

Hi,

Every time I get a very large email on any of my VPS1, I end up ditching 
it and having the person send me a CD because attempts at retrieving it 
via IMAP result in a core dumpe whether from a client like Thunderbird 
or the various webmail interfaces. The email can't be copied to other 
folders, or even deleted since imap dies trying. I usually go in with 
mail -f myname and either delete it or look at as much as I can.

Anyone have this problem and anyone have any pointers to a solution?
