I haven't figured out what each one does and which scores should be changed, but right out of the box, it has so far performed without any false positives. I know the canned answer to which ones to adjust the scores is an individual decision but if anyone knows of any of the defaults that might come back to bite me once I stop wading through the spam folder, please let me know... or point me to some appropriate documentation. I recall someone asked a while back on the list but I don't think there was anything specific offered so I'm thinking it may already be out there somewhere else. Meantime, I'm basking in the feeling that I've taken another big step toward helping my clients (and myself) in the fight against spam. Thanks again for the help!
Jim,It all depends on who you trust ;) I like spamcop because there's a way to get off their list. I'm less enthused about SORBS since they seem to add just about everyone. So pick thru the list and take some time and see what each of them are about.
