[vps-mail] Mail Handling, VPS2 and Vinstalls

I want to move handling of all incoming email to a VPS
dedicated for processing mail only.

I am thinking of getting a VPS2 Standard for this purpose.

My concern is whether the VPS-2s currently have vinstalls
for the services I want.

I want to be able to use:
The latest Spamassassin (SA 2.63)
Clam AV


I also want to know if there are any issues with Sendmail
configuration or mail handling that are significantly
different from the VPS1 that I need to be concerned about.
