I've seen that on VPS1 as well, Kathy, but this is not the problem I'm 
currently having. That happened to me once and it appeared to be a race 
condition. I just started deleting extra stuff like archived logs etc 
and it eventually stopped. I'm guessing the race condition was caused by 
the log being written with messages about being over quota which kept 
bringing the server over quota, in spite of the "grace" aspect.
