[vps-mail] procmail updated - now Quota exceeded messages everywhere

procmail: Quota exceeded while writing

I stupidly fixed what was not broken. The old procmail was something 
like 3.13? The new is 3.22 and immediately started "acting up" with the 
above.

I'm frantically trying to replace the new with the old one which worked 
fine.

Comments on fixes?
