I'm following the Spamassassin mailing list, and basically
it seems that there is one complaint after another of
problems with 2.60, including the fact that it doesn't seem
to filter spam very well. (People are complaining of lots
more spam getting through, and more false positives).

So I would be very reluctant to change at this point.  With
Bayes & various RBL checks, as well as my own procmail
recipes, the current version is working very well for me.
