[vps-mail] Spamassassin 2.54 failed to parse...

After the upgrade to 2.43 to 2.54, running
virtual spamassassin -D --lint

always gives a long list of these

"Failed to parse line in SpamAssassin configuration, 
skipping: spamphrase 330 help
mortgage
Failed to parse line in SpamAssassin configuration, 
skipping: spamphrase 330 easy
terms"

should I be removing some .cf or what?
