Hi again,

 

I've been in touch with our account manager and he suggested that I went
straight to cPanel as it would have more flexibility.

Incidentally, I've moved the files, changed the virtual host configuration
and submitted the form again and am still having the same problem...

If you want to stay with a VPS platform and you have multiple sites hosted
on the server, I would suggest simply upgrading to a VPS3 -- there are
resellers who would help you with the migration for a reasonable fee if it
seems too daunting to do on your own.  

 

Depending on the size and needs of the individual sites, you might consider
migrating them to Signatures.  I would only consider Signature for small,
low-volume sites -- but that's what the majority of my clientele are
running, and with the control panel a lot easier to manage.   

 

I think you are in the position of someone who inherited a dinosaur,
unfortunately.
