I have several email clients who are on various DNS blacklists. I add
them to my VPSs /etc/mail/access file like this:

  ## my brother's IP address
  Connect:12.34.56.78 OK

(don't forget to 'make maps' in /etc/mail when done editing this file)

This allows their SMTP connection to bypass the RBL and send mail from
the server.

I should note that if you're running a business, you probably want the
most conservative blacklists (sbl-xbl.spamhaus.org is a great one, and
perhaps list.dsbl.org also) if you use them at all.

Many of the dnsbl maintainers are overzealous and you can lose email
from legitimate customers if you're too aggressive in your dnsbl
choices. With personal/family mail servers you can use these more
aggressive lists and have great success in blocking spam if you're not
too concerned with some occasional false positives.
