Of course. Procmail moves freely from the main .procmailrc file to any
INCLUDERC file and back again (barring any delivering recipes are
found).
There's nothing special about INCLUDERC (they behave like C's
"#include" directive for all practical purposes, preserving any
variables you've defined, etc.). Just think of them as extensions of
your .procmailrc file.
