If the client's concerned by the problem, try get him/her to change the 
identities to marketing, helpline and hostmaster (or similar alternative 
names - it would be better if these were not as generic as sales, support 
and webmaster) and stop using the spoofed ones (and use the recipe)

Mail "to" sales, support and webmaster will still be accepted, but the 
response comes from a similarly-named department which should be ok for 
most customers - after all, the main thing is getting the response.
