        No.  You can use SPF to tell the world what servers are allowed
to send mail from a particular domain, BUT the world has to check for
that (I believe most servers don't, at this point).  You can disable the
address so bounces back to it (along with all other mail) are rejected
and not received.

You'll get a ton of rejected mail in the webmaster box, as the server thinks that's the sender. And it's unwise to trash all mail to webmaster.
