Hi Scott,

I just did a "make deinstall reinstall clean" to make sure I didn't miss 
a reference to a README file.  However, the only thing I saw was this 
message:

     See ${DOCSDIR}/README for operation details.

However, I can't find this readme file anywhere on the server.  I looked 
through the make file and couldn't see where DOCSDIR was defined, 
either.  Do you have a copy of the README file (I couldn't find it at 
the developer website either).
