[vps-mail] milter-greylist

I'm trying to setup milter-greylist for a client.  I successfully 
installed it from ports....now what?  I see that it is running; but, the 
ports comments said that a sample config file would be loaded in the 
/etc/mail directory; but, there wasn't one loaded.

how/where do you setup whitelist on a per user basis?  I'm running sa on 
the server as well, so, do I need to do anything special with my 
.spamassassin file?
