Jim,
Although we don't use it anymore, what we did before was make sure
the user name at the destination and locally were the same and at the
end of procmail I believe there was something like this:
*! LOGNAME ?? (exception1|exception2|etc)
*! ^TO(excluded_domain)
! $LOGNAME@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
