By "Our" do you mean our servers as in Verio's servers or "Our" as in yours?
I've got the servers, just need a bit of help.

Yep, that's what our servers offer too.

Thanks for your offer. Yes, that's why I posted it so we can all discuss it.
Do you have any suggestions on how I can set the procmailrc file to use
virtual $USER?
