[vps-mail] Forwarding back to virtmap file

I have a client wanting to use their Exchange server for email but wanting
to run it through my spam/virus filters first. They have over 100 users.
Before their filtering request, I had their mail forwarded via virtmap from
bjones@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx (for example) to bjones@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx with the
MX records set accordingly. 

However, to run their mail through my filters, I will set up users for each
of them (naming convention is domain001, domain002, domain003, etc), so if
bjones@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx's user name is domain042, that user's email will be
run through the filters, and at the end of the procmailrc file if it
survives the gauntlet, it is sent to domain042@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx which another
virtmap record will be used to send it to on its way to the exchange server
as bjones@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

This way, I can set up a block of users for them to use and they can use
their iManager to assign email addresses to an available user name from the
block (and the user@domain to their Exchange server.

Because I don't want to individually edit that many individual procmail
files every time they add or change an address, I need to know how to tell
the procmailrc file to take the message from variable $USER and send it to
$USER@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and then stop rather than sending it on to the pop3
box.

Two questions:
1. Is there an easy way to do this?
Or
2. Did I miss something that would make this a lot easier?
