[vps-mail] Deferred messages in mail queue

I've suddenly started getting a lot of messages like the following in 
the daily run output from one of my VPS2s.  There were 80 deferred 
messages in my mqueue in today's report.  Normally there are none.  How 
should I research the cause of this, and is there reason for concern?

Mail in local queue:
		/var/spool/mqueue (80 requests)
