[vps-mail] Blind Copy mail sent through stmp server

Hello all,

I have a client who would like me to set-up our smtp server (VPS1) to 
automatically blind copy all messages sent and received by his domain.  
I know I can use the ~/etc/alias file to copy all incoming e-mails, 
however, I am stuck when it comes to coping e-mails that are using his 
smtp server.  Is this even possible on the server level in a shared 
environment?
