Humm,
i hate to say that but i was wrong for the option "-b", it will send
back to the sender not the recipient. The -p option can send to the
postmaster but this is serverwide not even "domain wide" so i think
Scott is your last hope if you want to have this feature.
perhaps by using the quarantine email adress ( -Q, -q option of
clamav-milter) or the postmaster ( -p option of clamd ) piped to a
script that will send a mail to the recipient if it is still in the
email as i do not know the format as i do not use it myself.
