if you use clamd it is the option "-b" but beware 99% of the time the
adress from the mail is spoofed so you just loose andwidth for nothing
and annoy an innocent person. With Virus storm we face sometime we have
to decide between functionality like telling one of our customer that a
virus was on his email , and best practice for the most of the viruses
are sent now with a false adress.
In any case clamd option "-b" seems what you are looking for.
