How about a monthly, brief, 'FAQ' posting? Many lists used to do this.
I've also modified the footer with a brief etiquette message.

These are good links. Both of these are also accessible from the
shell and will match the version of SA you're currently running:
man Mail::SpamAssassin::Bayes
man Mail::SpamAssassin::Conf
