Sheesh! The one place that I didn't look :-) 
I checked /var/cron and /var/at and /etc/periodic and /usr/local/etc 
(for a savelogs.conf) and /usr/local/etc/periodic. Clearly there are too 
many ways to get the same thing done on UNIX!
