[cpx] CPX - Quota Limit Error Information

VPS3 Basic with CPX.

We setup a Domain Admin with a quota of 8000 MB and a limit of 150 
users. Found two bugs and reported them to Verio. #1 below was 
reported already but # 2 was new to Verio:

1. User Limits Reset to Zero:
First user was added without any error but all others after had Limit 
errors. When adding a user with a limit of 50 MB, after clicking the 
save button the limit changes to zero. You must go back into the user 
and change it from zero to 50 MB. Do this for each user you add.

2. Domain Admin Limit Errors:
When the domain admin is attempting to add additional users they get 
an error: Quota exceeds domain admin allotment". However, their quota 
has not been exceeded despite the error message. The only work around 
we know of is to have the domain user add users with a quota of zero 
and then have the Server Admin change the quota to 50 MB, etc.

Verio said there is no estimate on when a patch will be applied.
