[cpx] CPX -- Expected token not present error

Hi:

We have encountered what appears to be a bug in CPX for VPS V3s. The 
symptoms are that while use attempting to use ControlPanel the browser 
returns an "Expected token not present" error. Verio support recommended 
setting the browser to not retain old cookies as the problem appears to 
occur when CPX encounters an old cookie. There is probably more to the 
problem than that, but the remedy at least gets the customer back to 
being able to use CPX
