[cpx] VSAP Parse error: [Could not parse the VSAP Response]

I am getting this for all accounts on CPX:

An error occurred. Please contact support.
VSAP Parse error: [Could not parse the VSAP Response: Empty String at 
/usr/local/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.4/ControlPanel/MetaProc.pm line 182 ]

As far as I know, I have not explicitly made any changes to CPX, 
although I have not run it in a few weeks. A customer of mine 
reported it today because they can't read their email any more.

Any help would be appreciated!!
